I love to cook – and I love to use my slow cooker. I am getting a bit adventurous in my old young age 😉 and wanted to try adding peaches to the pork roast I was making – and this peach glazed pork roast recipe was born. I am sure this has been done a hundred and one times over but I hadn’t ever tried it or cooked it before and wanted to give it a go. The results were fabulous. In fact – this is one time when we didn’t have any leftovers. 😀

This is really easy to put together because you can just add everything into the slow cooker and let it go while you are getting other things done. Then you will have a fantastic dinner ready without a whole bunch of work during a busy time of day.

If you are in need of a new slow cooker check out Amazon for ones like this. With a slow cooker, you can make all sorts of meals from this peach glazed pork roast recipe to pasta, soups and so much more. What is your favorite slow cooker recipe?

I love this recipe! But I do a variation of it . Instead of fresh peaches, I use canned peach chunks in heavy syrup. If you can’t find the chunks you can cut the slices or halves. This gives it a sauce to put over the pork and I sometimes put it over noodles as a side dish! Delicious!

Doesn’t really look like something I would enjoy. But my family isn’t really picky so you never know, we’ll usually try new food.
